We are pleased to announce that Mechatronica SC took part in the eight-day international trade fair K 2025, held at Messe Düsseldorf in Germany from 8 to 15 October 2025.

What we presented

HC25-01 Header Capper

We unveiled the HC25-01 header capper, designed for maximum flexibility in tube production. It works with both laminate and extruded tubes and can also produce shoulderless tubes, enabling brand owners and converters to expand formats without swapping machines or lines.

LS-01 Linear System

We also demonstrated the LS-01 — our in-house developed and manufactured linear system (proven concept) for automating diverse processes. Key capabilities include individually controlled smart carts, wireless power transfer, and industrial control via EtherCAT/EtherNet/IP. Typical performance specs: up to 2.5 m/s speed, up to 5 g acceleration, up to 150 N peak force, and payloads up to 5 kg per cart. Benefits we highlighted: high accuracy and dynamics, low vibration, high energy efficiency, flexible changeovers, increased throughput, and 20–25% reduction in machine footprint. LS-01
